We are thrilled to announce a new partnership between Atrium Health and Mt. Zion Restoration Church! 

Together, we are launching the Atrium Health Care Everywhere Mobile Family Medicine Clinic, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at providing accessible healthcare to our community.

What is the Care Everywhere Mobile Family Medicine Clinic? 

The mobile clinic is a state-of-the-art medical unit that will be stationed at various locations across the region. Our team of skilled healthcare professionals will offer a range of services, including:

·         Diagnosis and Treatment: Whether you need a routine check-up or have a specific health concern, our clinic is here for you. We can address both short-term and long-term medical needs.

·         Well-Child Visits: We believe in proactive care for our youngest community members. Bring your children to the mobile clinic for well-child visits, vaccinations, and developmental assessments.

·         Chronic Disease Management: If you’re living with conditions like diabetes, hypertension, or asthma, our team can provide ongoing support and management.

·         Referrals and Resources: Beyond medical care, we’ll connect you with community resources, social services, and other support networks.

How Can You Access the Mobile Clinic?

Every Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Bountiful Blessings Food Pantry 

(In partnership with Mt Zion Restoration Church)
